Example... You got Vista (Ultimate) right? And you want to have XP or another version of Vista you just need the CD Instalation of the OS and DONE!

I don't know why anyone would use this when VMWare server is available free from VMWare. It does require registration but it does'nt cost you anything for the windows or the *nix version. The reason M$ are giving this away is that its a crap offering and a dead product line. The mainstay M$ server line now offers better VM capability, albeit still not as good as VMWare (yet).
